Earlier last month, Karl Lagerfield took to the streets of Dallas to showcase Chanel’s annual Métiers d’Art show. Complete with an old-fashioned drive-in featuring 74 vintage roadsters and a saloon, Lagerfield’s vision of the Wild Wild West came alive. From the words of WWD,
“Lagerfeld chose Dallas for this year’s staging of Chanel’s annual Métiers d’Art show in homage to the city that welcomed Mademoiselle Coco Chanel in her postwar return to fashion when Paris shunned her.”
Lagerfield sent his models strutting down the runway with accessories influenced by the west including feather headdresses, hats, and boots. Here are some of my the looks I fell in love with:
